Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ReviveRevenue LLC is an Oklahoma limited liability company. You can reach us at hello@reviverevenue.co with any question about this policy or your information.

2. Two different roles we play

When you visit this website or contact us about our services, we decide how your information is used. We are responsible for it.

When we run campaigns for a business that has hired us, we handle that business’s customer information on their instructions, as their service provider. That business remains responsible for its own privacy notice and for having the right to contact its customers. If you are a customer of a business we work with and you want your information corrected or removed, contact that business directly — or contact us and we will pass your request to them.

3. Information we collect

From prospective clients: the name, business name, business type, email address, phone number, approximate customer count, and message you submit through our contact form, along with which page it came from.

From clients: business details, contact and billing information, brand assets, physical business address, and the customer lists you provide to us.

From our sales representatives: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, records relating to the signed representative agreement (typed signature, the date and time it was signed, IP address, and browser information), and IRS Form W-9, which contains a taxpayer identification number.

Automatically: standard server logs and basic technical information needed to deliver this website. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies on this site.

4. Campaign measurement

When we send campaigns for a client, we record whether a message was delivered, opened, or clicked; whether a postcard was printed and mailed; and whether a call to a tracking number connected and how long it lasted. We do not record call audio. This measurement exists so that recovered revenue can be attributed accurately.

5. How we use information

To respond to inquiries and provide our services; to create, send, and measure campaigns on behalf of clients; to process payments and calculate commissions; to meet tax, accounting, and other legal obligations; and to keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Service providers

We use a small number of providers to operate the service. Each receives only what it needs for its function.

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.
  • Resend — email delivery and engagement events such as opens, clicks, and bounces.
  • Lob — postcard printing, mailing, and United States address verification.
  • Stripe — payment processing. Card details are provided directly to Stripe; we do not store them.
  • Twilio — tracking phone numbers and call routing.
  • OpenAI — drafting campaign copy from the offer details a client provides. Customer lists are not sent to it.
  • Google Search Console — search performance for this website.

7. Email and messaging preferences

Every campaign email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link and an unsubscribe header. Opt-outs are honored immediately and the contact is suppressed from further sending. If you have opted out and still receive a message, tell us and we will fix it.

8. Security

Information is encrypted in transit. Access to data is restricted by per-record access controls, so each person sees only the records they are entitled to. Sensitive documents such as Form W-9 are held in private storage reachable only by an administrator. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

9. How long we keep information

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to follow up and for our records. Client data is kept for the term of the client agreement and is deleted or returned on request afterward. Tax records, including Form W-9, are retained for the period required by the IRS.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy, and to opt out of marketing. Email hello@reviverevenue.co and we will respond. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and where we hold information on behalf of a client, we will refer the request to that client.

11. Children

This service is intended for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and change the date at the top.
